Discovery Education Station offers exciting camps and daily programming for 6-12 year olds!

From our Art & Animal Infusion Camps to our Geography Camp to our brand new Rocketry Camp, we have all your kiddos covered with a generous choice of STEA2M topics.

Sakura Science Camp

By Milena (Ages 6-12)

June 1-5; Mon-Fri 12:30 pm-2:30 pm; 2 hours/day

A hands-on science adventure with a Japanese twist! Campers explore famous scientists, experiment with exciting reactions (from color-changing milk to bubbling baking soda creations), discover the magic of music, practice fun Japanese words, enjoy outdoor movement and yoga, and even observe star constellations. Science, creativity, culture, and curiosity all in one unforgettable week!

Community Camp

June 8-12; Mon-Fri 12:30 pm-2:30 pm; 2 hours/day

Where creativity meets kindness! Campers spend the week giving back by making cozy blankets and toys for cats, designing heartfelt cards for nurses and veterans, spreading joy through community posters and kindness rocks, and turning old T-shirts into reusable bags. A meaningful, hands-on camp that builds compassion and confidence.

Map Your Adventure: A Hands-On Geography Camp

June 15–19 ; Mon-Fri 12:30 pm-2:30 pm; 2 hours/day

A playful week for animal lovers! Campers explore animal groups, habitats, and amazing “superpowers” like speed, camouflage, and strength through games and movement. From creepy crawly creatures to learning simple ways to help animals, this camp builds curiosity, teamwork, and confidence — no worksheets, just discovery!

Nature Explorers Camp 

With Anna (Ages 5-12)

June 22–26; Mon-Fri 12:30 pm-2:30 pm; 2 hours/day

Nature meets creativity in this outdoor-inspired camp! Campers explore textures and patterns through art, discover color and mood in nature, build tiny animal shelters, create sculptures, and design beautiful ephemeral land art using natural materials. A perfect mix of imagination, teamwork, and hands-on exploration.

Sensory Exploration Camp

With Anna (Ages 5-12)

A playful, hands-on sensory adventure! Campers explore textures through sensory bins, experiment with sound and rhythm, discover light and color through creative activities, and gently explore smell and taste in fun, low-pressure ways. The week ends with a high-energy sensory celebration filled with movement and favorite activities.

Science Exploration Camp

An exciting journey through chemistry, physics, biology, and space! Campers create fizzing reactions and volcanoes, launch balloon rockets and build catapults, explore plants and DNA, and design mini tornadoes and constellation viewers. A week packed with hands-on experiments and big discoveries!

Junk Journal Camp

July 27–31; Mon-Fri 12:30 pm-2:30 pm; 2 hours/day

Creative, messy, and totally rule-free! Campers design their own journals, layer papers and textures, create pockets and hidden surprises, add collage poetry and storytelling elements, and finish with a joyful creative showcase. A confidence-building art camp full of imagination and self-expression.

Music Camp

A hands-on music adventure filled with rhythm and creativity! Campers learn beginner keyboard and ukulele, explore drum beats from around the world, create their own songs, dance, and discover classical composers like Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and Ludwig van Beethoven. Music, movement, culture, and summer fun all in one inspiring week!

Blast Off! Rocketry Camp

Join us for an out-of-this-world experience where young space explorers will train like astronauts, build their own rockets, and take on thrilling STEA2M challenges! From mastering astronaut fitness and flight simulations to designing and launching their own rockets, campers will dive into the exciting world of aerospace engineering and space exploration. The grand finale? An EPIC rocket launch event on August 22nd, where campers will see their hard work take flight!
